Conclusions: Mortality in critically ill stroke patients is high and occurs most often shortly after the event. Less than one in three surviving patients is able to function independently after 1 year. This study has identified several clinical variables that predict long-term all-cause mortality and functional outcome among critically ill stroke patients and found that mainly acute physiologic disturbance and absolute values of neurologic clinical assessment are predictive.

In this study, PMX was combined with the currently best performing radiofolate ([177Lu]cm13), which is outfitted with an albumin-binding entity. Biodistribution studies were carried out in mice bearing KB or IGROV-1 tumor xenografts, both FR-positive tumor types. SPECT/CT was performed with control mice injected with [177Lu]folate only and with mice that received PMX in addition. Conclusion It is necessary that Quantitative SPECT be acquired at 50 s or more per view per detection, reconstructed using a three-dimensional ordered subset expectation maximization with SC+/AC+, the SI product is 150 times, and the Gaussian Filter is 8–12 mm. This suggested that the quantitative analysis would be carried out with good reproducibility.
Conclusion In this case series, a large proportion of patients with isolated SSPE on V/Q imaging were not identified on corroborating CTPA performed within 48 h. In patients with isolated SSPE (identified by isolated subsegmental mismatch on V/Q single-photon emission computed tomography), we found no difference in risk of recurrent suspected VTE or all-cause mortality in those treated with anticoagulation and those not treated.
Conclusion PET/CT imaging has a high diagnostic yield in the initial staging and restaging of uterine LMS, but seems less sensitive in post-therapy surveillance.
