Angola:Draft Law Criminalizes Abortion but Foresees Exceptions

[ANGOP] Luanda -Abortion in Angola will be considered a crime according to the draft law which approves the Angolan Penal Code discussed on Wednesday, in Luanda, by the Cabinet Council.
