Electroanatomical mapping of coronary artery anatomy to guide epicardial ventricular tachycardia ablation
A patient with non-ischaemic dilated cardiomyopathy and recurrent electrical storm was referred for ventricular tachycardia (VT) ablation. An epicardial automated bipolar voltage map was performed using CARTO3-version4TM and aPentarrayTM catheter. A large low-voltage area associated with highly fractionated and late local abnormal ventricular activities (LAVAs) was present in the left ventricle epicardium.
