HelpAge International. 09/2017 This 100-page document is the Training Handbook for a course in Inclusion of Age and Disability in Humanitarian Action, which was jointly developed by the Age and Disability consortium, a group of seven agencies working to promote age and disability inclusive humanitarian assistance. The training aims to develop critical insights into gender-sensitive age and disability inclusion issues to improve programming and reduce barriers so that people with disabilities and older people are equally included and benefit from the humanitarian response.
