I can ’t decipher all the vague “help” I get for boards?

“Every person learns differently. Make a plan that works for you.” I don’t know if what I’m doing will work, I never did it before. “Learn deeply, spend a half hour thinking deeply about what you just learned.” If I spent a half hour on every few tidbits in FA, I’d be middle-aged by the time I finished. “Question banks and putting extra time in don’t help anyone. People who study 600 hours still fail. You need to study “right”.” So it isn’t effort, it is technique, but since every... I can’t decipher all the vague “help” I get for boards?
