Therapeutic outcomes after endoresection of complex retinal capillary hemangioblastoma

Conclusion: Combined pars plana vitrectomy, endodiathermy of feeding and draining vessels, endoresection of RCH, and silicone oil injection may be an effective treatment option for complex RCH, achieving high anatomical success and stable or even improved visual acuity, acceptable rates of disease- and treatment-related complications, and minimal need for retreatment.
