Presence of Kidney Disease as an Outcome Predictor in Patients with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension.
CONCLUSION: CKD is frequent at PAH diagnosis and is independently associated with increased mortality. Right heart failure may induce renal hypoperfusion and congestion, and is associated with eGFR decrease.
