Importance of including harms as well as benefits in all clinical trials

As the capacity for running well designed trials expands to lower and middle income countries, if the results are to be useful, so too must there be harmonization of reporting requirements of not only benefits but also harms in randomised trials and systematic reviews; Tedesco et  al. show how rarely reporting of harms happens in pediatric trials.
