Health Outcomes from Assisted Living Facilities: a Cohort Study of a Primary Care Practice

The population of older US adults residing in assisted living facilities (ALFs) is growing, yet health data on this population is relatively sparse. We aimed to describe health outcomes of ALF residents in the greater Rochester, Minnesota area compared to age and sex matched community dwelling elders.
