HIV Among African Americans

This is an updated fact sheet from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) summarizing HIV prevalence and trends in African Americans. According to the CDC, “Blacks/African Americans account for a higher proportion of new HIV diagnoses, those living with HIV, and those who have ever received an AIDS diagnosis, compared to other races/ethnicities.”
