Paraneoplastic Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder as Presentation of Esophageal Adenocarcinoma.

We report a case of transverse myelitis caused by paraneoplastic neuromyelitis optica as the presenting clinical syndrome in a patient with esophageal adenocarcinoma.
