Validation of an algorithm-based definition of treatment resistance in patients with schizophrenia

We examined the accuracy of an algorithm-based definition of TRS based on clozapine prescription and/or meeting algorithm-based eligibility criteria for clozapine against a gold standard definition using case notes.
