Involvement of NF- κB in mediating the anti-tumour effects of combretastatins in T cells
Conclusions Our data indicate that the anti-cancer properties of comebretastatins may be mediated in part through targeting the NF- κB pathway. This study provides new insights into the molecular mechanisms of CA compounds and a potential application of combretastatins for inflammatory diseases such as cancers, which are associated with abnormal NF-κB activation.
