North Tonawanda man pleads guilty to $45M health care billing scheme

A North Tonawanda man has pled guilty in a $45 million fraud case related to unnecessary compounded medications. Steven Butcher pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge John Michael Vazquez in a Newark, New Jersey federal court to charges of conspiracy to commit health care fraud and violations of the anti-kickback statute.
