Biochemical networks mapped in midgut of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes

(Colorado State University) Scientists have mapped for the first time the midgut metabolites of the Aedes aegypti, the mosquito that can transmit viruses that cause dengue, Zika, chikungunya and yellow fever to humans.
