APMS provider takes over twice-rated inadequate practice

A GP surgery that was rated inadequate twice by the CQC has been taken over by a new provider, the CCG has confirmed. Charterhouse Surgery in Orpington, in the London Borough of Bromley was rated inadequate overall for the second time by the CQC following an inspection in September 2017.
