Role for Cela1 in Postnatal Lung Remodeling and AAT-deficient Emphysema.

CONCLUSIONS: Cela1 is important in physiologic and pathologic stretch-dependent remodeling processes in the postnatal lung. AAT is an important regulator of this process.
