In this study, we evaluated our quantitative method by comparing it with visual analysis using 99mTc-tetrofosmin (TF) stress-rest single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) as the reference standard. Materials and Methods: Forty-three patients who had a significant stenosis on cardiac rest DECT and had received 99mTc-TF stress-rest SPECT MPI within 1 month were retrospectively analyzed. The regions of interest were set on iodine images in accordance with the American Heart Association (AHA) 17-segment model (a total of 731 segments). The regions of interest values were divided ...

Excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS) is one of the earliest and most common non-motor symptoms of PD, substantially impacting on patient's quality of life. Using the Parkinson's Progression Markers Initiative database, we performed a case-control study to investigate whether dopaminergic deficit is associated with the development of EDS using dopaminergic specific single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) molecular imaging of dopamine transporters (DAT). We enrolled 84 early de novo PD patients with EDS and 84 without EDS, who were matched for age, gender, age of diagnosis, years of education and disease duration.

Nuclear medicine imaging of neuroendocrine tumours is performed either by SPECT/CT imaging, using 111In-octreotide or by PET/CT imaging using 68Ga-radiolabelled somatostatin analogs. These imaging techniques will...
ConclusionsStudies included in this review are heterogenous, preventing many robust conclusions from being drawn. The precise neurobiology of BN and BED remains unclear and ongoing, large-scale investigations are required. One clear finding is that illness severity, exclusively defined as the frequency of binge eating or bulimic episodes, is related to greater neural changes. The results of this review indicate additional research is required, particularly extending findings of reduced cortical volumes and diminished activity in regions associated with self-regulation (frontostriatal circuits) and further exploring respons...
ConclusionCombined ultrasound and scintigraphy is the most sensitive study to localize parathyroid adenomas in patients with hyperparathyroidism and thyroid disease, followed by hybrid SPECT‐CT and SPECT.
In this study, we evaluated production, quality control and preclinical qualifications of a gallium-67 labeled anti-Ror1 antibody to see if it has potential to be used as a SPECT tracer for diagnosis and monitoring of Ror1 expressed tumors.
