Superior Survival of Black Versus White Patients Following Post-Transplant Cyclophosphamide-Based Haploidentical Transplantation for Adults with Hematologic Malignancy

• Black patients have improved survival following haploidentical transplantation.• This benefit was due to a lower incidence of relapse/progression in black patients.• A higher rate of mild chronic GVHD in black patients may be a contributing factor.
