Diagnostic validity of flow cytometry vs manual counting of polymorphonuclear leukocytes in spontaneous bacterial peritonitis
ConclusionFlow cytometry is more reliable rapid method for PMNL counting, than the manual method that is less accurate and time‐consuming in diagnosing clinically suspected SBP.
