Improving image quality of mid trimester fetal sonography in obese: the role the ultrasound propagation velocity.
CONCLUSION: An image construction setting according to ultrasound propagation velocities lower than 1540 m/s significantly improves image quality for mid-trimester fetal scans of obese patients.
