Primary cutaneous non-Hodgkin & #39;s lymphoma, clinically mimicking a soft tissue sarcoma

We present an unusual case of primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, clinically mimicking a sarcoma. This case highlights the uncommon aggressive behavior and ulcerated type of nodular lesions seen in PCBCL and also revisits the cytomorphological findings of the same.
