Astragaloside IV inhibits pathological functions of gastric cancer-associated fibroblasts.

CONCLUSION: Astragaloside IV can inhibit the pathological functions of GCAFs by correcting their dysregulation of microRNA expression, and it is promisingly a potent therapeutic agent regulating tumor microenvironment.
