2018: The Year of Balance

READY OR NOT, 2018 has arrived. Each year it seems that time passes more quickly. Many of us established New Year's resolutions in January, but by February, 80% of these resolutions will have fallen by the wayside.1 It is hard to establish new habits, particularly when those habits focus on diet and exercise. I have, to a certain extent, given up making New Year's resolutions, opting for general maintenance of a healthy lifestyle instead. I'm not always successful, but I do find that just striving for a balance between self, profession, and society is a good practice for me.
