Missouri health systems join effort to create generic drug nonprofit

Several health care companies with Kansas City ties will join to combat generic drug shortages and sudden price spikes. Intermountain Healthcare, a Salt Lake City-based health system that is a partner of Cerner Corp., will spearhead the effort to create a nonprofit generic drug company.
