Flu emergency hits Birmingham ’s medical community
Widespread flu cases are causing challenges for hospitals and medical clinics around the state.
It's a flu outbreak that has many hospitals over capacity, caused a rash of workplace absences and even led one Birmingham-based company to accelerate the opening of a new clinic.
