Severe and recurrent levamisole ‐induced cutaneous vasculopathy

Abstract Levamisole‐induced vasculopathy is a thrombotic and necrotic vasculitis usually seen in cocaine users due to adulteration of the drug with this veterinary medication. Some cases can be severe or very extensive, which could lead to sepsis and death.
