Study: Patients benefit from one-on-one PT education before joint replacement

(Hospital for Special Surgery) Hospital for Special Surgery study finds that patients who had an education session with a physical therapist and access to a web-based microsite prior to joint replacement achieved physical therapy goals more quickly compared to those who did not have the session or access to the site.
