BTLA marks a less cytotoxic T-cell subset in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma with high-expression of checkpoints
We reported the high expression of BTLA in micro-environment of DLBCL• The cyto-toxicity and differentiation of BTLA+ T-cells were analyzed in this report.• BTLA high expression has correlation with advanced stage of DLBCL.• Our data provides the first evidence that increased BTLA predicts poor prognosis in patients with DLBCL.• Our results hint to the blockade of BTLA may represent a new strategy for DLBCL.
