Oregon lawmaker submits prescription drug transparency bill

Rep. Rob Nosse will be back during the short Oregon legislation session with another bill that attempts to rein in prescription drug prices. Dubbed the Prescription Drug Price Transparency Act, HB 4005 would require both drug manufacturers and insurance companies to report information to the state on drug price hikes and costs.
