Froedtert Health buys Waukesha property for $30.6 million

Froedtert Health paid $30.6 million for the LifeCare Hospital property in Waukesha, where Froedtert runs an outpatient surgery center, but a Froedtert spokeswoman said the health care system has no additional plans for the site.
