PhRMA urges CMS to share the savings with seniors

Yesterday, PhRMA submittedcomments in response to the Centers for Medicare& Medicaid Services (CMS) Request for Information (RFI) on sharing a portion of manufacturer rebates directly with beneficiaries at the point of sale.
