I'll be applying to med schools in the UK with Canadian grades. An A* is equivalent to a 90% in a subject. If a Canadian student who applied to med school had a 98% in chemistry, while another Canadian student had a 92%, would the 98% student have a higher chance of getting into the med school, or would the chances be the same for both because they are both A*?
