Obstetric Outcomes After Failed Hysteroscopic and Laparoscopic Sterilization Procedures.

Spontaneous abortion and preterm birth rates were similar in both groups. These data do not support an adverse effect of hysteroscopic sterilization on subsequent pregnancy outcomes.
