Any Canadian FM hospitalists here?

I was wondering if there are any Canadian FM hospitalists here.

I have a couple of questions concerning the Canadian FM hospitalist model, especially in the small-town setting (let's say population 5,000-25,000). For instance how onerous the on-call nights usually are.
