982: Blood glucose patterns and treatment response in women with gestational diabetes treated with glyburide

Given its mechanism of action, glyburide is thought to be more effective in treating postprandial hyperglycemia. We investigated whether pre-treamtent glucose patterns were associated with differences in glycemic control or fetal growth in women with GDM who are treated with glyburide.
