Primary cavitary sarcoidosis: A case report, systematic review, and proposal of new diagnostic criteria

In this report, we present a case of a 47-year-old male patient with PCS who was initially treated as pulmonary tuberculosis. We also systematically review the literature on PCS and propose a new classification for this entity.
