In this study, we generated virus-like particles (VLPs) vaccine expressing T. gondii rhoptry ROP13 and investigated VLPs vaccine efficacy in mice. Mice immunized with ROP13 VLPs vaccine elicited significantly higher levels of T. gondii-specific IgG, IgG1, IgG2a, and IgA antibody responses following boost immunization and challenge infection, whereas antibody inductions were insignificant upon prime immunization. Differing immunization routes resulted in differing antibody induction, as intranasal immunization (IN) induced greater antibody responses than intramuscular immunization (IM) after boost and challenge infection. I...

CONCLUSION: Both HZ and PHN are associated with considerable disutility in recipients of auto-HSCT. Costs were comparable to published estimates in other immunocompromised subjects. The trial is registered at ( identifier: NCT01229267). PMID: 31721601 [PubMed - as supplied by publisher]

CONCLUSION: Changing the sexual image of the vaccine could help to establish a collective vaccination policy. Public health policies play an essential role by working with general practitioners and by increasing visibility on the web. The usefulness of the vaccine in 2019 seems to be questioned by Internet users as shown by their major approval of cervical smears. However, these two methods remain complementary in the fight against cervical cancer. PMID: 31718831 [PubMed - as supplied by publisher]

Senthil Kumar, P.R Yaashikaa, C.M Mathan MuthuAbstractOver most recent couple of decades, the contamination of water and soil has turned into a remarkable risk to biological community and human health. Plant-based remediation of contaminants is a reasonable method to battle the terrible truth of defilement. Rhizoremediation, a particular sort of phytoremediation that includes the two plants and their related rhizosphere microorganisms, can happen normally,...

Few studies explore how diarrhoeal mortality varies subnationally, especially by cause, which is important for targeting investments. Even fewer examine indirect effects of diarrhoeal morbidity on child mortality. We estimated the subnational d...

Abstract Analysis of the Amino-peptidase N (APN) protein from Anopheles culicifacies as a vector based Transmission Blocking Vaccines (TBV) target has been considered for malaria vaccine development. Short peptides as potential epitopes for B cells and cytotoxic T cells and/or helper T cells were identified using prediction models provided by NetCTL and IEDB servers. Antigenicity determination, allergenicity, immunogenicity, epitope conservancy analysis, atomic interaction with HLA allele specific structure models and population coverage were investigated in this study. The analysis of the target protein helped to...
