Osceola Regional Medical Center unveils latest piece of $50M expansion

Osceola Regional Medical Center just completed one major project, and has several more in the pipeline. After seeking approval for several years, Osceola Regional Medical Center finally opened its new $7.43 million, 28-bed Physical Rehabilitation Center on Dec. 19 — the first of its kind in the county. A team of 37 doctors, therapists, nurses and health professionals work in the unit, and Jessic a Cappa, program director of rehab services, said the hospital eventually may hire more therapists…
