Lyme Carditis with Isolated Left Bundle Branch Block and Myocarditis Successfully treated with Oral Doxycycline

We present an interesting case of a young male whose main manifestation of Lyme carditis was isolated LBBB. He also had mild Lyme myocarditis. The patient was successfully treated with oral doxycycline, and his isolated LBBB and myocarditis rapidly resolved.
