A case of keratosis circumscripta in a Chinese boy

We report here a case of keratosis circumscripta in a 13‐year‐old Chinese boy who presented with pruritic follicular keratotic rashes below both knees. This case indicates that keratosis circumscripta may not occur only in individuals of African descent.
