Cortical Atrophy Related to Tumor Prosthesis in Skeletally Immature Osteosarcoma Patients

Conclusions: Cortical atrophy is common in the skeletally immature patients with tumor prosthesis and is associated with prosthesis failure. Patients with cortical atrophy should be closely monitored for prosthesis failure and appropriately managed to prevent failures. Level of Evidence: Level IV—therapeutic study.
