Decreased Signal Intensity Ratio on MRA Reflects Misery Perfusion on SPECT in Patients with Intracranial Stenosis

CONCLUSIONSIn patients with unilateral MCA stenosis, decreased SIR was correlated with misery perfusion, providing a simpler, widely available predictor of high‐risk intracranial stenosis.
