Pulmonary functions and sleep related breathing disorders in lipid storage disease
Conclusion: Pulmonary functions are adversely affected in LSD. Daytime hypercapnia, reduction in cough strength and OSA are frequent in LSD. ABG and polysomnography should be performed even pulmonary functions are normal in LSD.
