Factors associated with delayed recovery to predicted FEV1 calculated with perfusion scan in non-small-cell lung cancer patients after lobectomy

Conclusion: LUL lobectomy showed faster recovery to predicted FEV1 then RUL or RML lobectomy. Adjuvant chemotherapy and CTD indwelling duration more 10 days had delayed recovery to predicted FEV1.
