Comparing outcomes internationally in pulmonary sarcoidosis: PFT change by scadding stage

Conclusions: In our multicenter cohort we detected differences in baseline FVC %predicted between Scadding stages. Remarkably, both FVC, FEV1 and DLCOc improvement was established in all stages.
