Contribution of spirometric sawtooth sign in diagnosis of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA)
Conclusions: The SSS seems to be contributive for the diagnosis of OSA. The presence of SSS in some OSA patients and not in other OSA patients seems to be unrelated to clinical characteristics. It could be explained by specific and inconstant upper airways abnormalities.
