IL-6-FOXO1 signaling as a novel mediator of metabolic programming of bronchial smooth muscle hypertrophy and asthma-like lung disease

Conclusion: We identified IL-6-FOXO1 signaling as a potential novel mediator of metabolic programming of lung disease, defining thereby a new target of obesity-associated bronchial asthma.
