Sources of origin of the oropharyngeal microbiota in patients with different phenotypes of COPD
Conclusion: the respiratory microbiota in phenotype of "chronic bronchitis" may have a source from oral cavity and upper respiratory ways, in patients with a phenotype "emphysema" - gastroesophageal reflux, and in patients with "mixed" phenotype may be actual the both sources of microaspiration.
