Systematic review with network meta ‐analysis: comparative assessment of tofacitinib and biological therapies for moderate‐to‐severe ulcerative colitis

ConclusionsTofacitinib and biologics are efficacious and safe for UC. Further high‐quality research is warranted to establish the best therapeutic option.
